Q: Do I have to order a custom item?
A: No. If you don't want to wait for a custom order to be crafted, simply visit select "As Is" from the custom color drop down menu. This will let me know when I receive your order that you want the item pictured and not a custom order.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Do you sell your patterns?
A: Yes, I do sell some of my patterns. You can view the patterns I have for sale at: http://www.bead-patterns.com/shop/shop.php?designer=Eileen%20Maki . This is a separate website from Eileen Maki Studios, so visiting this link will take you to a different website. You can purchase several of my patterns there. You will need to copy and paste the above link into your browser's address bar.

Q: Do you offer a payment plan?
A: Yes. Any customer can make payments on their order. You can pay as much or as little as you like at a time. Once your item is fully paid for, your order will ship. There is no credit check, no employment check, it's that easy. When you finish paying for it, it's yours!
